I’ve been through it myself - feeling weak, out of shape, and struggling with confidence. Trying everything I saw online to lose fat and get in shape, only to yo-yo between “all or nothing.”
Like most, I set out on my own self-improvement journey and ran into a minefield of misinformation and extreme methods. Instead of helping me reach my goals, they made things harder, left me feeling like a failure, and knocked my confidence.
That led me to find a more balanced approach - one that allowed me to enjoy life, hit my goals, and ditch the stress and bullsh*t. Along the way, I realised fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s shaped my health, my confidence, and my entire life.
That’s why I became a coach: to help people break free from the “all or nothing” cycle and actually make progress.
