How My Coaching Works
Most coaching throws you into workouts and meal plans without tackling the real problem: why you keep starting and stopping.
My method of coaching addresses that - giving you a clear process that helps you break free from yo-yo dieting, build habits you can actually stick to, and get results without the extremes that inevitably leave you worse than before.
This is why I developed the Momentum Framework
The Momentum Framework is the method I built and refined over more than a decade of coaching — shaped by working with hundreds of real people, facing real challenges.
It’s the backbone of how I coach every client, whether you’re brand new to training, stuck in the start-stop yo-yo dieting cycle, or you’ve been at it for years without ever getting the results you want.
Over time, I noticed the same patterns again and again:
People didn’t fail because they lacked motivation — they failed because they lacked clarity on what actually mattered.
They didn’t stick with plans because those plans weren’t built around their lives — which is why ownership is essential.
They often had good intentions but no system to turn those intentions into lasting momentum.
And almost everyone skipped the most powerful part: reflection — learning from mistakes instead of repeating them.
That’s why I built the Momentum Framework to simplify the process, cut through the noise, and give you a cycle you can actually stick to.
You can’t change what you don’t notice. We’ll uncover the habits, beliefs, and blind spots holding you back — and give you the education you need to finally know what works.
Your results, your rules. Together we’ll design a plan that actually fits your life (not the other way round). No all-or-nothing nonsense — just realistic steps you can actually commit to.
This is where you put the plan into action. You’ll build consistency, overcome setbacks, and learn how to adapt when life inevitably gets messy. Progress comes from doing, not waiting for perfect.
We review, refine, and repeat. Every action you take gives us feedback to make the process even easier. It’s not a straight line — it’s a cycle that keeps building stronger results.
In this episode of the my podcast, I chat with my former client Alex about her unfiltered journey — from battling perfectionism and self-doubt to finally breaking the cycle and building habits that lasted.
No quick fixes, no before-and-afters — just the real mindset shifts, struggles, and wins that led to sustainable fat loss and genuine food freedom.
